Refunds & Returns Policy – Piper's Shroom Works

We want you to love your order! If something goes wrong, we will make it right.

How to Contact Us

Include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the issue.
Usual response time: within 24 hours.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, we will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund.


What Cannot Be Returned

⚠️ Because our products are made-to-order through Printify, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse (changed mind)

  • Wrong size, color, or style ordered

  • An incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout

  • Sale items and gift cards

Other non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (beauty, hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
👉 If your request is approved, you may place a new order after receiving your refund or replacement.


Refunds

  • We will notify you once your claim has been reviewed.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10-21 business days. All based on your banking institution's policies.

  • Please allow time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@pipersshroomworks.store


EU Customers (if applicable)

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Email: support@pipersshroomworks.store to start the process.
