Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 01, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Piper’s Shroom Works Affiliate Sample Program (“Program”). By requesting or accepting a sample product, affiliates (“you”) agree to comply with these Terms in addition to the Affiliate Program Agreement, the Piper’s Shroom Works General Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

Binding Effect via GoAffPro. By creating or maintaining an affiliate account through our official affiliate portal (GoAffPro), you acknowledge and agree that these Affiliate Sample Program Terms are binding as a condition of participation in the Program.

1. Eligibility

• Participation is limited to approved affiliates in good standing who have registered through the official affiliate portal (GoAffPro).
• Eligibility for sample tiers (Starter, Growing, Top Affiliate) is based on verified sales and audience reach as described below.
• Piper’s Shroom Works reserves the sole right to approve, deny, or revoke participation at any time.

2. Program Structure & Tiers

Tier 1 – Starter

• One sample product (retail value ≤ $35).
• A $9.95 shipping fee is required at checkout.
• Store credit equal to the shipping fee will be issued only after at least three (3) verified customer sales are made through your affiliate link or coupon within 30 days of receiving the sample.
• Sales are considered verified only after the applicable customer return/refund window has closed pursuant to our Store Policies.

Tier 2 – Growing

• Up to two sample products (retail value ≤ $50 each).
• A $7.95 shipping fee is required at checkout.
• Store credit equal to the shipping fee will be issued after at least one (1) new verified customer sale is made through your affiliate link or coupon within 30 days of receiving the sample.
• Limited to one request every 60 days per affiliate.
• All store credits are issued only after the applicable customer return/refund window has closed.

Tier 3 – Top Affiliate (Invitation Only)

• Up to three sample products (any retail value) plus a promotional host kit.
• No shipping fee required.
• Must host at least one live promotional event within 30 days of receiving the samples.
• Eligibility and approval are at the sole discretion of Piper’s Shroom Works.
• All store credits (if any) are issued only after the applicable customer return/refund window has closed.

3. Store Credit Terms

• Store credit is applied to your Piper’s Shroom Works customer account and may only be redeemed toward future purchases.
• Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed or refunded for money.
• Store credit will be issued only after eligible sales have cleared the applicable customer return/refund window as defined in our Store Policies.
• Credits may expire after 90 days unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance.

4. FTC Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255). All live streams, posts, or promotions using free or discounted products must include clear and conspicuous disclosures (e.g., “I received this product for free from Piper’s Shroom Works as part of their affiliate program” or “I may earn a commission”). Failure to disclose may result in suspension or termination from the Program.

5. Restrictions & Prohibited Use

• Samples and host kits are provided solely for promotional purposes.
• Resale of sample products is prohibited.
• Samples and store credits are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or gifted to others.
• Any misuse, fraudulent activity (including self-purchases through your own affiliate link), or misrepresentation may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of credits.

6. Shipping & Liability

• Piper’s Shroom Works fulfills samples using print-on-demand partners and standard carriers.
• Risk of loss passes to the affiliate upon shipment. Piper’s Shroom Works is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the order has been transferred to the carrier.
• Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable except via store credit as described in Section 3.

7. Modification & Termination

• Piper’s Shroom Works may modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time, with or without notice.
• Participation in the Program is a privilege, and Piper’s Shroom Works reserves the sole right to approve or remove affiliates.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Oregon (or the state in which your Piper’s Shroom Works entity is registered). Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state and county.
