To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the issue.
Usual response time: within 48 hours.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery to assure order is correct.

  • If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery, for store credit.

  • Once approved, Piper's Shroom Works will an issue a store credit for replacement purchase.


What Cannot Be Returned

European Union — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@pipersshroomworks.store with your order number and intent to return.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We do not charge restocking fees for EU returns made within the withdrawal period.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions — items exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
  • Items that have been used, worn, or are not in their original condition

This policy applies to customers in the European Union only and is provided in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Piper's Shroom Works cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse (changed mind)

  • Wrong size, color, or style ordered

  •  An incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout

  • Sale items and gift cards

Other non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (beauty, hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Exchanges

Piper's Shroom Works do not process direct exchanges.
👉 If your request is approved, you may place a new order after receiving your refund or store credit.


Refunds

  • Piper's Shroom Works will notify you once your claim has been reviewed.

  • If a refund is requested, the shopper has two ways of receiving refunds, if the order did not process through the vendor. Your refund will go to original payment method within 10-21 business days. All based on your banking institution's policies. 

  •  If the order has been processed by the vendor, or/and you received the product. When you have the product(s) to return Send to the following address:

    Send the product(s) to 11845 SE Foster Rd Portland, Oregon 97266-4048. 

  • You will receive an email confirming of product(s) return received, has been processed with a store credit issued to your account.

  • All store credit is accessible through your Piper's Shroom Works account.

  • Please allow time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at orders@pipersshroomworks.store


EU Customers (if applicable)

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Email: orders@pipersshroomworks.store to start the process.
