Myco Crew Captain Onboarding Guide

Hello and welcome,

Thank you for joining our team.

Welcome to Piper’s Shroom Works™. We are pleased to have you join as an Independent Contractor and Myco Crew Captain within Myco’s Influencer Crew Program.

This message serves as your official onboarding guide. Please review it carefully and complete the required setup within 24 hours of receiving your invitation.

1. 24-Hour Requirement (Required)

Your contractor account profile must be completed within 24 hours of receiving your onboarding invitation.

If your account is not completed correctly within this timeframe:

  • Your account will be deleted

  • Access to tools and links will be revoked

  • You may be required to reapply for consideration

This is a compliance requirement. Piper’s Shroom Works maintains accurate contractor records and works only with individuals who meet required deadlines.

2. What You’re Being Offered (Current Terms)

Your compensation and responsibilities are outlined in your account setup and role offer.

Your current offer includes:

Position: Myco Crew Captain
Compensation Structure:

  • Crew Members: 10% commission on sold items

  • Crew Captains: 15% commission on personal sales

  • Crew Members & Captains: Additional 5% bonus after surpassing monthly sales goals

  • Crew Captains: 2% override commission on verified crew sales

Access to Tools (after approval):

  • Affiliate dashboard

  • Tracked referral links

  • Approved brand assets and promotional materials

Note: Accounts are not officially approved until setup is completed and reviewed.

Current Customer-Facing Offers (when active in dashboard):

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders $75+

  • Free international shipping on orders $125+

(Offers may change. Always refer to your dashboard for current promotions.)

3. What’s Expected From You (Non-Negotiable)

Because social media and public representation are central to this role, all profiles must be authentic, active, and aligned with the Piper’s Shroom Works brand.

A. Professional Conduct & Communication

  • All business communication must be conducted by email for recordkeeping.

  • Primary contact: support@pipersshroomworks.store

  • Be responsive and communicate in advance if deadlines cannot be met.

  • Payment requests through gift cards or untraceable methods are not permitted.

B. Social Media & Marketing Standards

You must provide your active social media accounts:

  • Instagram

  • X / Twitter

  • YouTube

  • Facebook

(Indicate “N/A” if not applicable. This may affect eligibility for certain roles.)

Additional requirements:

  • Content must remain professional and brand appropriate.

  • FTC disclosure rules must be followed (#ad, #affiliate, or equivalent).

  • No misleading claims or guarantees.

  • No spam, harassment, or unauthorized advertising methods.

  • Paid ads, trademark bidding, or coupon-site posting require written approval.

4. REQUIRED Account Setup (Complete Exactly)

Complete the following sections inside your GoAffPro account:

Step 1 — Profile Photo (Required)

Upload a clear, professional image.

  • Preferred: clean headshot

  • No blurry images or fake profiles

Step 2 — Full Legal Name (Required)

Your name must match payment and tax records.

Step 3 — Contact Information

Enter a valid phone number (include country code if outside the U.S.).

Step 4 — Company Name

  • Business name if applicable, or

  • Your full name followed by “Independent Contractor”

Step 5 — Website

Provide your website or primary platform link (Instagram acceptable).

Step 6 — Social Accounts (Required)

Complete all applicable fields:

  • Instagram handle

  • Twitter/X handle

  • YouTube channel link

  • Facebook profile or page

Step 7 — Mailing Address

Enter your accurate mailing address for records and tax purposes.

Step 8 — Tax Information

Provide the appropriate tax form (W-8 or W-9).
If unsure, email support before submitting.

Step 9 — Payment Settings (Required)

Enter payment details exactly as requested.
Payments cannot be issued until verified.

Step 10 — Final Check

Before submitting, confirm:

  • Name matches tax and payment records

  • Social links are accurate and functional

  • All required fields are completed

5. After Setup Is Completed

Once your profile is submitted:

  1. Your account will be reviewed for accuracy and compliance.

  2. Approved accounts will be activated.

  3. You will receive your official tracking links or referral codes.

  4. Approved brand assets and posting guidelines will be issued.

  5. Work may begin under the terms of your agreement.

6. Reply Required (For Approval)

After completing setup, reply to this email with:

  1. “Setup Complete”

  2. Your Instagram handle

  3. Your primary platform (IG / YouTube / TikTok / FB)

  4. A link to one recent post representing your content style
