At Piper's Shroom Works, all products are shipped directly from our production partners via drop shipping. This allows us to offer a wide variety of unique, mushroom-themed products without holding warehouse stock. Please review the details of our policy below.

Our production partners process orders and typically ship within 2–7 business days.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, production schedules, and the policies of the local shipping carriers in your country.

In rare cases, unexpected delays may occur due to stock shortages, international customs regulations, or local laws.
Shipping Times & Carriers
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and DHL, depending on your location and the production partner fulfilling your order.
United States: 7–14 business days (2–7 days production + 5–7 days shipping via USPS or UPS) International Orders: 21–30 business days (2–7 days production + 14–23 days shipping via DHL or local postal service, depending on country and customs)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, and local delivery policies.
Tracking & Notifications

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been processed, including a tracking number (if available from the production partner).

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.

These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in product or shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our production partners, returns are not accepted for refunds.

If you encounter a quality issue or error with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your package at support@pipersshroomworks.store.

Approved returns will be credited as store credit only (no cash refunds). Store credits can be applied toward future purchases at Piper's Shroom Works.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with our production partners to resolve the issue and issue store credit where appropriate.
