Private Party Link — New Affiliate Setup

Use this guide to create your Private Party Link. This is the link guests must use to enter your live party and shop so all qualified purchases are credited to your party.

Open Affiliate Portal

0) You’ll need

1) Log in

  1. Go to https://yz6yva-qt.goaffpro.com
  2. Click Login, enter your email + password.

2) Copy your Shop URL

  1. In the top menu, click Home.
  2. Find the Shop card and copy the link you see.

Correct format: https://pipersshroomworks.store/piper/YOURCODE (use one slash between parts; if you ever see // in the middle, use a single / instead).

3) Best route (if you see a “Party Links” tab)

  1. Click Party Links → Create New.
  2. Destination URL = your Shop URL (from Step 2). Optional: add tracking, e.g. ?utm_source=party&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=oct-2025.
  3. Fill in name, dates (optional), and coupon (optional). Click Save.
  4. Copy your Party Short Link (looks like https://yz6yva-qt.goaffpro.com/your-party-code).

4) Alternate route (works for everyone): Short Links

  1. Click Marketing Tools → Short Links → Create New.
  2. Destination URL = your Shop URL (Step 2). Optional tracking as above.
  3. Click Save, then copy the generated Short Link (your Private Party Link).

5) Test your link

  1. Open a Private/Incognito browser window (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + N).
  2. Paste your Party/Short Link and press Enter.
  3. Verify it opens pipersshroomworks.store (the shop), not the affiliate portal.
  4. Add an item to cart to help “lock” the session.

If it opens the affiliate dashboard: you’re still logged in as an affiliate. Try again in Incognito or log out first.

6) Share with guests

A. Plain-Text Message

Share this in your event description, pinned live chat, bio, or via DM/email. You can also generate a QR from your party link.

B. HTML Button (for websites/emails)

7) FTC disclosure

8) After the party

  • Transactions → view orders & commissions
  • Analytics → review performance
  • (If you used Party Links) open your party entry to view its stats
Common fixes
  • Dashboard opens instead of the store: test in Private/Incognito; make sure you’re sharing the short link (not the portal).
  • Double slash in shop URL: use one slash → https://pipersshroomworks.store/piper/YOURCODE.
  • Orders not credited: guests didn’t enter through your short link. Re-share your link and ask them to re-enter the shop from it before checkout.
