As an affiliate of Piper’s Shroom Works, you agree to the following compliance rules:

1. FTC Disclosure
   Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission on any sales generated through their referral links. This disclosure must appear in all online posts, websites, emails, and social media promotions.

2. Advertising Standards

   • No false, misleading, or unverified claims about Piper’s Shroom Works products.

   • No spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive advertising tactics.

   • No paid ads bidding directly on “Piper’s Shroom Works” or confusing variations of our name.

3. Restricted Content
   Affiliates may not promote our products on websites or platforms that contain adult content, hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or other material that could harm our reputation.

4. Compliance & Liability
   Piper’s Shroom Works is not responsible for any claims or statements made by affiliates that violate these policies or the law. Affiliates are individually responsible for compliance.

5. Termination of Agreement
   Affiliates found violating these policies may have their account terminated immediately and any unpaid commissions forfeited.
